  • Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We carry both general liability insurance and workers' compensation to protect both our team and your property during the construction process.

  • Can you provide references or examples of past work?

We have an extensive portfolio of completed projects posted on our website and our Instagram page. We also have over 20 five-star reviews!

  • What is your estimated timeline for this project?

Once we assess the full scope of work, we can provide a detailed timeline and start date. We aim to be as accurate as possible. Keep in mind that timelines for most home remodels and additions are subject to change due to weather, material availability, and other unforeseen factors. We believe in clear communication and if we anticipate delays for any reason, we will keep you informed.

  • How do you handle permits and inspections?

We take care of obtaining all necessary building department permits for the project and work closely with local inspectors to ensure everything is up to code. For most specialty permits, such as conservation and zoning for variance approvals, you’ll need to apply for those as the homeowner. However, we frequently get involved to help with the process or to attend public hearings.

  • What are your payment terms and do you offer financing?

We typically operate on a payment schedule based on project milestones. This entails the down payment, progress payments, the final payment, etc.
